Return & Refund Policy

1.     Products sold are not eligible for refund, except for back order items when the product status is out-of-stock.

2.     Refund of payment will be credited back within 7-15 working days.

3.     Kindly ensure the decision of purchasing a product is final, as there will be no exchange / no refund if you are not satisfied or have a change of mind on the product that you have just purchased.

4.     Defects caused by individual on the product are not guaranteed, such as damage after use, water damage etc.

5.     If you have received defective or incorrectly shipped products, please notify us within 3 days and product return will be scheduled.

6.     In the case of defective product, the item will be replaced by an exchange for a similar product and no refund will be provided. (Valid for iTBOX product only)
For non-iTBOX products, the return and refund policy will be subjected to the respective supplier’s terms and conditions.

7.     Product exchange availability period will be 1 week (only applicable for iTBOX products). Any exchange request after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
For non-iTBOX products, exchange is not available.

8.     In the case of incorrectly shipped product, the correct product will be shipped to you without charges.

9.        For all product return, the items must be returned in the original packaging, accompaied by the original sales receipt.

10.  We will not bear the postage fee (if any) for any return matters except for wrongly shipped products.

11.  Follow the following procedures below for product return:

a)     Method 1:

Step 1) Bring back the defective item to our retail store(s) located at No.53, Jalan BS 5/3A, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan, and we will check for the eligibility for refund, and proceed accordingly within 7 working days of receiving the item.

b)    Method 2:

Step 1) Email to us within 7 working days – chtan5681@gmail.com.

Step 2) Send photos or videos (if possible) of the defective item or the parts together with the consignment note or how is the packaging upon arrival.

Step 3) Schedule a pick-up service of the product with us and we will drop by your designated address to collect the product.
